If you complete the diagnostic questionnaire on this site and provide your email address to receive a workbook, I will store your email address and your questionnaire result. I use this to send you the workbook you requested and, with your permission, to follow up about how I can help.

I will not add you to a mailing list or contact you repeatedly without your consent.

How long I keep your data

Enquiry and contact data is kept for up to 2 years after our last interaction, unless you ask me to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings (up to 14 months by default).

Who I share your data with

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. I use the following third-party services which may process your data on my behalf:

  • Google Analytics — website analytics (Google LLC, USA)
  • Google Workspace — email and document storage (Google LLC, USA)
  • Carrd — website hosting (Carrd Co., USA)

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EU, I rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as provided by those services.
